From arrival, everyone was incredibly friendly. I came in to test drive a certified pre-owned car. Bob was very professional and also very knowledgeable. John and Alicia were also great to work with. This is easily the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle from. I highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in a BMW.

Greg and the greeters consistently provide great service - They know when I am coming and for what, and always provide a VERY friendly greeting. This gives me the confidence I will be taken care of - This visit the mechanics found something that I did not come in for - Greg contacted me, clearly explained the repair and they would need another day. Twice in the past two weeks I've had to have service on my 2010 BMW GT 535i and I've been lucky enough to have Patti Kupfer help me. She was not only able to get my car fixed but she also helped me save money with coupons and even researched an old warranty that I'd purchased at a different dealership. This place is light years ahead of other dealers we've dealt with. Linda Schaefer is by far, THE BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with. She always listens to us, delivers on every promise she makes, and puts a smile on our face everything we see her. She's the gold standard for other service advisors!! The technicians are very quick in their work, clean, and competent in what they do. Don't hesitate to use Autohaus and ask for Linda!!
First time experience at Autohaus. Just entering the show room-I was greeted. A very warm astomphere. Nick Guyton Outstanding. Warm ,friendly and most of all very personable. He introduced me to Service advisor -Chris Clem. He was very Professional- but yet he made me feel very Comfortable. First experience -excellent.
I brought my car to your dealership and hour before my scheduled appointment. Dan Wirick came out and greeted me with a glad hand and a smile. I explained to him what was appearing on my Dash he took all the information and went to work. He gave me a nice loaner car to drive for 3 weeks while he went to bat for me with the extended warranty company. He was in constant touch with me as to let me know what was going on with my car.
