In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured at all. The entire experience went smoothly including the financing. I thought Alicia's guidance on the features of the car was helpful and a nice touch.
I bought my car from Brett because he was referred to me by a colleague as a trustworthy and straightforward sales representative. Brett did a great job answering all my questions and getting me a fair deal. I was impressed by how smoothly everything went, and I'm thrilled with my new vehicle.
This is the second car I have purchased from Brett and I will likely buy a third one here in a year or so .
