Autohaus BMW of Saint Louis has tremendous customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in the waiting area and if required provide loaner vehicles. It is easy to get an appointment and the work is done right the first time.
I've been dealing with Autohaus for five years and every time the service is exceptional. Mike and the guys in the drop off area are always waiting for you at your appointment time with a loaner available, to make the drop off and pick up process quick and efficient.
I've never owned a BMW before purchasing my 2016 M235i Xdrive. The whole experience from sales to service has been first class. Everyone seems truly interested that I get the most enjoyment out of my new BMW and that cosmetically and mechanically it is perfect.

I have never had a bad experience at Autohaus BMW in the last 21 years. From sales to service it's a first class business to deal with. I would not consider going anywhere else.
My first BMW was purchased from Autohaus in the 80's. Obvious enough, I was not happy with the company then, that I moved to another dealership... "P____" for the next 3 BMWs that I had. I was very satisfied with my service experience. Patti went out of her way to help me understand the issue with my car and was even better at assuring things were done properly to get it fixed right the first time. I will always come back to Autohaus to service my BMW and will look for Patti again for her great service.
The service department at your dealership is ran like a well oiled machine! I'm always SO impressed with how efficient everyone is! I'm always in and out and always offered a "loaner" if the wait is going to be longer than usual! I also thought Linda in service did a remarkable job today! She was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond for me! Kudos to the service department--your team should be emulated by other service departments!!!
Bob made the car buying experience stress free. He didn't pressure or nag. And he's extremely responsive even after hours. I'm glad I got to do business with him.
