My experience with Autohaus BMW has been excellent since moving back to this area. Most recently, I had a repair that needed to be taken care of immediately. I called in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next day. Mike Crader, service advisor, took great care of me. He had me in and out quickly, and called to follow up. I appreciate the fast, convenient service as well as being treated with respect and in a friendly manner. I'm glad I chose Autohaus BMW.
You can't really find a better Sales Advisor than Dennis. He is very kind, understanding and especially patient. I began the purchase negotiations in early May and by the end of the month had selected the perfect vehicle. A great car buying experience great. I had been eying a model for awhile and knew exactly what I was looking for. I pestered Bob for days to see a car that was just delivered and being fluffed and buffed. He obliged and also showed me a different car that had just been delivered, which I bought! Thanks Bob!
