My first BMW purchase and I was very impressed with the way the sales and finance staff worked with me. Everyone was great to deal with and everything was communicated clearly. I've always had a great experience, from the sales department to the service department. Every step is explained in full detail. My questions are always answered, and they are readily available when I need assistance. Very honest representatives in the service department!
