My first BMW purchase and I was very impressed with the way the sales and finance staff worked with me. Everyone was great to deal with and everything was communicated clearly. Not only do I have a cool new car but I'm confident that they'll take good care of it as service is needed. I guess I'm part of the family now!

The service , which was my car's first oil change , and overall checking over the car was fine. But, I had to wait longer than expected. The car service was completed in an hour . I had to wait a little over an hour to get the car! They cleaned and washed the car... but still the extra hour of waiting was unnecessary.

The car went in on an airbag recall. While there, they inspected and reported on many other elements of the car’s condition. Sure, it tends to get work for them, but it also helps me keep my car in great shape also. They’re pleasant, transparent in their work. What’s not to like!

Nice dealership. Linda S., a service writer, is the best! Car was delivered a day late, but Linda called and explained it was a billing issue. Loaner was ok, but I probably won’t do another. Dent, not detected pre-loaner by Linda or me, was awkward upon return. And now they make note of fuel level. Lexus dealer doesn’t do that. Price of repair was decreased by BMW “service special inspection” discount. Oil leak and diesel fuel filter was $400+. I trust Autohaus as long as Linda is there.
