"I brought my 2017 BMW X5 in for an oil change and vehicle..." I brought my 2017 BMW X5 in for an oil change and vehicle check. Chris was awesome! He let us know that the service would take an hour and a half. He offered us a loaner if we did not want to wait. We decided to wait and the service was done on time. The waiting area offered great seating, snacks and drinks and it was very clean. All in all, a great service visit!!
