She made sure to make sure my car was detailed in every way possible and also make sure I had all my warranty work up to date. She kept me up to date on the service. Loaner was great, cashier was helpful and car looked amazing!

The work was performed very well and my car was returned cleaned and washed. The waiting area is first class so the wait time passed very quickly. "Excellent Customer Service! After purchasing a preowned..." Excellent Customer Service! After purchasing a preowned X3 from Nick in May, our check engine light came on. I called the service department and Mike arranged for us to get the car right in. He arranged for a loaner vehicle, repaired our X3 under warranty and greeted me with a smile upon return! I appreciated the friendliness, respect of time, wearing of masks during the pandemic and cleanliness of the vehicles and showroom. We highly recommend Autohaus BMW!
