Good Dealership Experience Generally a good experience. Covid protocols were being followed and everyone was very cordial. Sales consultant, Sergik was pleasant and efficient. Finance manager, Madison was helpful in suggesting beneficial financing options that saved me money. She was especially personable and set a friendly tone for the part of the car buying experience that typically is the most stressful. Well done.
Oil Change The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially bill whom I had the pleasure of working with during my visit. I heard of their deal going on regarding a 3 year oil change for bmw vehicles and called to collect more information. Bill was very helpful in answering all my questions. Review Jesse kept us updated on the progress of car, which was nice to not have to wonder what was going on. When it was determined that the case needed to stay overnight he supplied a loaner with no hassle.

Replacing My X4 Valencia BMW made my purchase of a replacement BMW X4 a seamless and pleasant buying experience. The vehicle was in transit due to the inventory shortage and once the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, they had it delivered to me, which I am about 2 hours south of their location, with all of the necessary paperwork which only took about a half hour to complete the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to make a purchase.
