Valencia BMW Cole continues to go above and beyond the call of duty. While navigating a death in the family, my car was due for service and Cole managed to somehow console me and take care of of my car at the same time. He?s smart, funny and extremely efficient. I sooooo appreciate him. He makes me feel like I?m his most important customer. I?ll continue to drive a BMW for as long as Cole is my advisor. He really should be moved up to management. You?re lucky to have him! I can even see his smile under his mask!!
