Valencia BMW Service department Rushed over there on Saturday night and got there 7 minutes before service closing. The service front desk representative was able to help me and got me into a loaner since my vehicle was non driveable due to a punctured tire. Then Vanessa the service representative as always took great care of my vehicles needs and all things needed completed ASAP. Great service
Marvin Ochoa The salesman David has incredible customer service, he took the time to listen to me and did the best he could to help me out, the janitorial lady was really nice to me, she nicely showed me whe the coffee machine was and the restrooms, very kind, the sales manager Gary was very helpful, only thing is I observed few employees not using masks around the sales floor, they where walking like if they didn?t care, not good, everything else I will recommend to anyone who needs your service, specially salesman David th... read more

First Service on BMW X3 Very thorough service - friendly, hassle-free, detailed and the loaner was an upgrade.

Schedule service for my vehicle. I've been having my car serviced with Valencia BMW for almost 3yrs and no complaints at all, my service advisor Robert Perez is very professional and courteous.
Front Brake Check Had my brakes checked after non dealer shop told me I needed front pads and rotors replaced after pads were replaced after less than 8000 miles. All four brakes were fine.
Great customer service Everyone was fantastic in the service and warranty divisions. The facilities were well-kept, the people made a real effort to make sure I was taken care of. I wish we could have determined where my small oil leak was coming from. They told me to bring it back in about a thousand miles to check it again. I don?t think it?s just going to go away, so I don?t see why I need to go in again. I would have preferred that it had been resolved at the time. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience.
