Vanessa is the BEST!!!!! I?ve been having my automobile serviced by BMW-Valencia for years now. Ease of Service Vanessa Chung the Service consultant was very helpful and tried to work with me on the cost to get my 2018 X1 brake rotors replaced. It was expensive, however.
