Summary of recent service Took my 2000 323ci in for service about a recall notice for passenger side airbags. Service advisor (Vanessa) was pleasant and helpful. Work was done promptly in a few hours. Shuttle (driven by Juan and Thomas) provided door to door transportation for me with pleasant conversation. Also requested new wiper blades but did not receive $15 discount per my email notice.
