Great service/facility I wanted to thank Jesse Colon and Robert Perez , service advisors at Valencia BMW for being true professionals and attentive to customers needs. Had my 328i serviced here and they always treat me with respect and take care of my car needs. Overall their staff is always nice and courteous on top of the excellent service they provide.!!!

The Grapes of Wrath The service rep, Vanessa, was great and the shuttle driver was courteous and polite. As far as survey's, I'm only filling this out because I told Vanessa I would (generally I NEVER do surveys). CAR FIX (future) - I have a 2017 BMW X5 50i. I asked the dealer if the steering column auto positioning system could be turned off so the steering wheel stays in it's same position all the time.
