A new day at BMW Valencia Service I am a lifelong BMW fan/consumer however the last 5 - 7 years at Valencia BMW Service Department has been challenging. In fact the service was so bad I went to other BMW facilities 50 to 75 miles away. I recently gave BMW Valencia another opportunity and to my surprise the service was phenomenal - in fact epic! Easy shopping I bought a CPO car here and it was seamless from beginning to end. My salesperson, Jeffry, was on top of it from the moment I submitted an inquiry, and answered all my emails right away, sometimes in the middle of the night! When I arrived for my appointment, my car was already pulled up and waiting for my test drive so there was no waiting around. Absolutely The Best Customer Service from BMW I have recently serviced on my BMW 328i for drive-train malfunction warning sign. Service provider, Bob, has taken his time to arrange for the mechanic diagnose timely and explain the options with the most outstanding customer courtesy which we think above and beyond our expectation. BMW Service Friendly and accommodating service. Biggest issue was lack of communication. My car was there two extra days because my service manager was out of the office and I couldn?t get a call back even though I called them four times. When my manager did return, it was me who had to call. I would have appreciated a call from them.
