Recall I went in to have a recall on my airbag in the drivers side. The staff was very nice and I was helped by Robert who was very helpful and very nice.
Great service Took my car in for recall to be done and thed process was super quick. Was able to get loaner to use while the car was getting the work done. The service adviser Jesse was super friendly and gave the best customer service. I would recommend this dealer to everyone, and I will purchase my next vehicle there.
BMW Valencia Service Had my VCP synthetic oil change completed at the service center. Overall, experience wasn't horrible. They have good customer service, organization and presentation. However, the only disappointment was when I read through my paperwork that the oil filter was a non-OEM. I would like to be informed if there is an option for OEM and non-OEM, so I can decide for either/or.
