Tremendous experience at Valencia BMW with 640i GC Just got my third BMW from Valencia BMW. Each time, Robert Grass, the Internet/Fleet Sales Manager, has done a terrific job of finding the car I want at a great price. Other folks I dealt with at the dealership were also very professional and courteous. It's a long drive for me, but definitely worth it.

Great Service Service agent was pleasant. He made suggestions but did not push anything. He let me decide which services I wanted. He provided a loaner car as I did not have alternative transportation. The service was prompt and I had my car back the same day.
Valencia BMW I purchased my leased car. The process was fine but once we got into the finance area the Finance Manager, while nice and courteous was a bit pushy with the "extras" he was trying to sell us. While we said "No" several times to different extended warranties he didn't take NO for an answer.
