Love the customer service and love my car The process was very well suited for me to purchase my new BMW. I like to explore outside the dealership and my salesperson helped out with that. I did not feel pressured to purchase and I did not receive a whole lot of calls and emails after my first visit like I did for some other car dealerships (not BMW)

m3 service Friendly service advisor, easy to schedule appointment, car was washed when I was done. WiFi, drinks, vending machines etc. Comfortable, socially distant chairs all over the place made the wait time fly by.
BMW Service I have had my 2016 BMW 650i serviced at this dealer on numerous occasions and have always been extremely satisfied and thought that I received outstanding service by John. Recently took in a new/used BMW 228i for thermostat issue and I knew the car was out of warranty but after John researched it was determined that it could be fixed under full BMW warranty. Love these guys, we’ll always have my cars serviced at Fremont BMW.
