My service adviser Chris was awesome about keeping me updated on the vehicle status and returning my car promptly even thought it was a busy day. The staffs were friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend this dealership for services.

The whole experience from scheduling an online appointment to getting my car serviced within a couple of hours and attentive customer service and staff was a pleasant experience. I will bring my car back for servicing again and again!

Our sales representative, Sebastine, was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly competent. I highly recommend working with her. I wanted to get a transaction done within a day and she did it with her ability to manage our negotiations, obtain approval from management, and execute a lease return effectively and efficiently. Also, our lease return advisor and finance manager were also great as both were flexible and understanding.
The only reason for not providing 5 stars is that the sales manager gave us all a very hard time for the agreement for the dealership to pay the final payment and disposition fee on our previous lease (which is customary when moving into a new le... more>>

Anthony, was super helpful and friendly. We came in for a nail in our tire and needed a tire replacement. He was quick to give me an ETA on the work to be done, get me to a rental agency and make sure everything I needed was taken care of including the service that was due in a few weeks. He definitely impressed us and gained our business for the future!
