Much Improved BMW Service Department On time for my appointment and met with SA Charles Way, The guy is punctual, polite and knowledgeable about his job. He made the experience more enjoyable, than my first time at this dealership. Looks like they have replaced most of the front office service staff, since I first visited. Such an improvement.
