Excellent communication and service Customer service from Frankie was excellent! We communicated via email/text regarding options for service and other questions I had. Her responses were always quick and informative. Service on my car was performed on short notice and finished as promised. Very happy!

Best car buying experience I've ever had! BMW of Fairfax is truly a great place to buy a car. Ditron, our sales representative, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to take care of us.
