Car Repairs Incredibly responsive. Car was towed to their service center around 2:30 pm. All the work was completed by 5:00 pm. AND they provide valet delivery of my car!

quick and easy service visit Service rep met me as I pulled inside the air conditioned garage entry. She had my service information from my appointment request and quickly talked through the options. She escorted me to the loaner desk and I was soon on my way as the dealership inspected the car. I got a call about 2 hours later explaining the diagnosis and outlining my service options. Abed is a great consultant! Abed is an excellent consultant. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will recommend all my friends to come to Abed and Fairfax BMW. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and nice.

Great Customer Service all the way Around I need my oil chang and I didn't schedule an appointment but I was able drive up as a walk in. They got my car as soon as I got there and completed the service, a long with detailing the inside and outside of my X3, amazing job all the way around.
