Car Buying Experience Petr made the car buying experience easy. He was very informed not only about BMWs but the other cars I was considering. It made having a conversation about which car was best for me easy. Petr seemed genuinely more interested in what I was looking for in a new car instead of just making a sale.

GREAT BMW REPAIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE My technician - Danika Edwards was on top of my repairs from the very beginning. She was helpful getting the information and process started. She kept me informed regarding options and the eventual progress of the repairs. The customer service representative - Melanie Wendo - was also very helpful in initiating my UBER app. The service was great and the people were even better. It was an overall great experience.
X3 to X1 and couldn't be happier! Once Alex Iakovlev got on board, the buying experience was exceptional. In fact, I can truthfully say one of the best I have ever had.
