"Knowledgeable staff" AD came in to meet and show me the car even though that was his day off. He is very knowledgeable about the car. I also liked how Devon cut to the chase in the price negotiation phase and did not waste each other's time. In contrast my experience in the financing phase was not as pleasant. In the beginning, I was pushed hard to buy the lease insurance for $1995. "Excellent service" This is a very busy service department. Mike is an excellent and caring Service Advisor. I waited for my car at the dealership, and it was ready at the promised time. Good coffee and snacks in a comfortable waiting lounge.
