Dropped my car off this morning to have them see if the gas pump turning off every time I would pump was an issue. They were specifically told to NOT do anything else except to see if the engine code was for that alone. Did who knows what without calling my Husband FIRST. He gets a call that was only to tell him we have a $245 “diagnosis” bill. Tells my Husband they would take 1/10 of the bill off. Got his receipt and was charged the other amount still. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from here again.

Hi Kimberly, After our technician spent some time diagnosing the issues, the fix ended up being as simple as sealing a chaffed wire and cleaning mud out of a clogged vent. Once the technician identified a simple fix we determined that it would be more cost effective to resolve the issue on the spot. RecommendedI was there waiting for my husband’s car to be serviced. While sitting in the customer lounge I overheard some of the Mercedes salesmen saying it was rude for a customer to just stop by without an appointment. All I heard them doing was trying to decide what to order for lunch from Olive Garden. So if I’m out and about and see a car I’d like to test drive I’m supposed to go home and come back when I have an appointment? I don’t think so

DO NOT BUY FROM BMW AUTOMASTER. I was lied to about my cars history, i found out on my own that it really was a rental car for the first 25k of its life and now after breaking every 3 months for the first 9 months of ownership the engine has a cracked piston and even thou the car was sold illegally (fraud) and has 3 valid warranties they left me out to dry and said i have to pay 11 grand for a new engine.
