Very bad customer service in the service department. My car which is a 2018 bought the very end of December has had many issues. We did not buy the car from automaster but they are the closest location to us. Automaster now refuses to work on my car. Some issues were the engine making noise when you accelerate their fix was putting an axle in. I am leaving this review in hope that I can save somebody the hassle in the service department of Honda that I had to go through. This is by far the worst experience I have had getting my brand new van serviced and fixed correctly. I don't have enough room to write and explain the situation and trouble I have gone through on this page. The shuttle drivers and Customer service staff are great. I am reviewing the lack of hours for the service department: not open on weekends and closes at 530pm. So inconvenient. Also shuttles should run later, 4pm being the last time they leave certain areas is way to early. Taking my car in for service here is a hassle and makes for a very frustrating day.

Where to begin with this place. I honestly dread every time i come here. It is unfortunate because it is by far the closest honda dealership to me but the severe lack of customer service is shameful. Any time i have attempted to get something warrantied here they give me the runaround. Told me my sun visors werent broken enough to be covered for the recall as they are known to split in half on my model honda. My elderly mother went into Automaster to buy a 2017 Honda Model. The salesperson presented her with pricing and said 'that was their bottom line price.' Fortunately she called me to discuss numbers and something seemed off. I called 802Honda for a second quote and without any problem obtained dealer invoice cost on a 2017 and 2018 same model. Not only did Automaster inflate to her the dealer invoice cost but the total amount due on the 2017 was nearly $200.00 MORE than the negotiated price I obtained from 802Honda on a 2018... read more

I went in with a relative to look at a new Honda. I personally won't ever go again nor will I purchase a vehicle after the greeting time and attitude from the salesman. Not to mention he stated they were understaffed and the comment regarding a possible trade. Basically the trade is a very nice vehicle just looking to get a bigger vehicle as the need for more room is required for a business endeavor. No worries though Honda dealer in Rutland and New York seem like they would prefer to discuss buisness more.
