Terrible customer service. We have been multiple times and never gotten any help. We were looking to buy a new car from them but we are now going elsewhere due to the terrible service. Would not recommend buying a car here.
I'm actually here now. I brought my mother's car in as she has a slow leak in her tire. I've been in for 2 hours and there have been people that came in well after me who have had their cars completed and are on their way, it's a tire. I would expect more from Automaster "express service" as I could have gone to a random garage to be in and out.
