First Scheduled Service 1st oil change. Offered a car wash if I desired. Waited for the car and was done in 40 minutes. Service waiting area was nice with TV, water , coffee, and tea

CPO 540i xDrive I found the car with the options I wanted on BMWUSA.com and contacted the dealership. They were super responsive and helpful. We agreed to the deal over the phone and I drove into Chicago the following day and picked up my new/used BMW. Great experience.
Couldn?t be more satisfied They nail it EVERY time, I couldn?t be more satisfied with their service department. I?m planning on purchasing a new car in the near future. My guess is their sales department will hit a homerun as well.
Repairs Very good service except I got problem with my doors. Maybe the car washing people touched the sides of the doors and I could not close them anymore. They should be careful when they wipe down the cars. Other than that everything was good
