BMW Westmont Service Very helpful especially during these Covid times. Was able to get my car serviced right away. They allowed me to drop off/pick up my car outside, pay for service, in a contact free situation.
Takata replacement Takata unit replaced in my BMW 3 series (E46). I could not drop the car off at the dealer at this time because of my wife??s .injury. The pandemic was also a concern. I was going to postpone the repair until the spring. Instead, the dealer provided the service in my driveway. Very prompt and everything seems okay.
X3 purchase Hassan Arouri did a great job. A very transparent transaction. From the trade in of my old car to the purchase of my new one . I did a majority of the deal via email and finished up in person. After owning the car for a few days I came back for a tech tutorial and that was very informative. Will definitely recommend both Hassan and Laurel BMW!
Used car purchase Jeff Abbas, our salesperson was Excellent! He kept us posted when the price would change. He was very responsive and we never really felt pressure to buy the car. I was not too thrilled on the financing part, where they gave us a very high interest rates for an 800 plus credit score, so we had to secure our own financing. They would have gotten 5 starts it if were not for the financing part.
