BMW of Westmont I purchased a 2021 X3 from BMW of Westmont and was happy with the online response, follow up, and test drive. Andre and Chris were great and answered all my questions, and the process from inquiry through financing and driving off with my new car was pretty seamless. So far, the X3 has exceeded my expectations and I love driving it. 100k Service Service rep was helpful. There was confusion as to why I was told no need to bring the car in before my warranty expired because the dealership would have been notified if something was wrong. When I did bring it in there were a few issues but was resolved by CS rep.
