Repairs Last Saturday evening I found myself stranded at OakBrook Center...gear selector not functioning - no reverse. Towed to Laurel BMW of Westmont. Monday morning service advisor Tony (Anthony) Scanlon informed me of the problem and cost of repairs. A multi point inspection was performed...recommendation for future service. Parts were available for a prior safety recall - Tony had the technician perform the recall on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service Laurel BMW staff provides to their customers.
