Service at this facility is top notch Hello all the facilitities at Westmont BMW just recently got a face lift and the place is now not only pratical but beautiful. The service couldn't be better I was greeted by Bob the service department manager who not only provided great service for my 5 series but explained the new layout of the facility. Laurel BMW, Westmont, Il My car was brought in with check engine light. They had to do extensive testing because of emission issues. They made sure all new parts were updated in the computer. They did an excellent and comprehensive job!!

Trouble shooting diesel emission control issue I took my vehicle to Laurel BMW with the check engine soon light on. The emission control systems on diesel vehicles is complicated and challenging to diagnose. Laurel technicians systematically worked through the error codes to identify the root cause and fix it.
