Ron Hayes My salesman Luke was great he followed up with me to keep me posted on the vehicle availability. Because I needed time to get me funds ready. Andrew the finance man was very thorough with the signing of the papers and he overnighted my license plate. However Mr. Guy the boss did insist on charging me an additional $394.00 for a charge that he said he missed but all the emails and documents I had showed the lesser charge. First time BMW owner Started by searching online for various cars and options. Narrowed down the options important to me and shot an email to dealer. Received an almost immediate reply and continued to work with the sales person. Came in for a test drive and loved the car and how it handled. Got trade in information and proceeded with making the deal . Happy with the out come and am now a BMW owner. Who also drove it to the BMW Championship. What fun that was.
forced to make it public Other dealerships ask for your review, but they use them privately to judge their services. The only way to respond here is to make my review public. When I entered the dealership I asked for 2 minor repairs to be done, totaling $300. Surprise, surprise, when they found $2,000 in suggested preventative repairs.
