Laurel BMW of Westmont, IL These cars sell themselves. This is my first BMW and the process couldn't have gone better. The no haggle price is the way to go. Arguing over price is stressful and takes the fun out of the experience. We love our new car. The customer service at Laurel BMW is awesome.
Great experience buying our car We saw a car online and went to see it- it was beautiful but too big- walked by a car that was just traded in-it was perfect.Our salesman Sean was so professional-there's no haggling and there is a five day no questions asked return policy.we got the full car fax but we still brought it to our mechanic who said it was perfect. BMW Car Detail I brought my 5 series in for an interior and exterior detail because it was through Laurel and I assumed it would be an excellent detail. The detail shop only had time for the interior, and unfortunately they forgot to clean or even vacuum my trunk, and didn't deep clean the driver's seat. (white leather) I took it home and finished the leather detail on the seat myself. Fast, Nice and Smart - the essential attributes! Everybody was very accommodating even though the shop is currently under renovation. They figured out how to get their clients in and out quickly. No one likes having to take the car in for service unexpectedly but this was as great of an experience as possible.
Great! Would buy again from these guys. Low stress. Listened and took action.
