Service at autonation BMW Westmont I brought my car in for recommend service, some was covered under warranty the other part I paid for. The service writer was kind, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. I had received a 10% discount on parts and service and a free loaner. I had a recommend four wheel alignment completed, they also changed my brake fluid as that was covered under warranty. 320i xdrive lease Good experience in general but I have a few comments 1) the customer should be allowed to test drive the specific car he/she plans to buy, specially when it has been clarified before hand what the specs of interest were. It is a bit misleading to test drive a higher end one and tell the customer is basically "the same" as the one you are buying/leasing. 2) I had requested some specific features i.e. powered front seats, and was under the impression that the car had them until I was driving out and the paper... read more
Exceptional Service Everytime, All The Time! This dealership is amazing from the sales floor to the service rooms. I have purchased three cars from them and have my service appointments done by them as well. I live in the city and they are in the suburbs approximately 45 miles away from my home, yet they still get my loyalty. I could go to a dealer closer, but I am committed to this dealership and the high quality service and care that they give me and my car.
