Exceptional Customer Service I was pleasantly greeted by the service rep upon my arrival. He provided me with a full evaluation of services recommended for my vehicle. The service rep explained in detail everything that would be completed and gave me an expected time of completion. Happily my car was completed under the estimated time. In conclusion the customer service provided was exceptional.
Laurel BMW in Westmont A great experience all around! Not your typical car dealership. My sales rep Kristina, was wonderful! Knowledgeable and super easy to work with! Very familiar with the product and all of the features too! No pressure sales experience and we got a super deal in the end! Excellent dealership Bought a used Porsche Boxster from Laurel BMW/Audi. Great customer service from beginning to end. I live in Ohio so had to have the car shipped and Mike found me a good shipper for a decent price. Mike, Chris and Jason were all great to work with and were very patient with me during the buying process. We had numerous emails, texts and calls and they were very understanding with it being a long distance purchase. HIGHLY recommend.
