Laurel BMW my place of Choice Rich Rams is a great guy at Laurel BMW. We purchased our first vehicle in 2003 through Rich. We bought four other vehicles over 12 years. Rich always served our us in highly professional manner. Laurel BMW deserves five out of five STARs, however, I am giving them 4 for overall. This does not reflect on Rich Rams. Auto Nation needs to train their guys in Finance so that they can serve repeat customers in highly professional manner.
Laurel BMW Best experience I have had buying a new car. I particularly appreciated that an actual purchase price was sent over the internet, so I knew going in that I could buy the car I wanted. Only needed to test drive it!

Laurel BMW, Westmont, IL (Chicago estern suburbs) Leased my 5th BMW from Laurel BMW after my last one was totaled in a wreck in Glacier National Park. I have always received great and courteous treatment from my knowledgeable sales rep Kevin O'Donnell, prompt and great auto service, and basically just a comforting atmosphere at Laurel. I highly recommended this dealer and any BMW model, especially 328i xdrive.
