Great service at Laurel BMW Although the I didn't purchase a car, Luke was attentive, thorough, and calm; I didn't feel pressured to make any rash decisions! Luke assured me that he would keep an eye out for any new vehicles that meet my criteria. I'll be happy to do business with Luke and hopefully buy a car from Laurel BMW in the very near future!

Service Hard to obtain a reasonable appointment. Different information provided regarding information needed to maintain car. Once appointment made and car dropped off things went smoothly. James was excellent.

New tires I was driving on the interstate in another state when my tire warning light went on. I thought the tires just needed some air and located a BMW dealership near my destination. It turned out that one of my tires had exposed cords. One of the service advisors, Aaron, was quick to arrange for replacement tires in a timely manner.
Repeat customer I have purchased multiple cars from Laurel BMW and would not even consider going anywhere else
Great Service Rep Aaron McCall is the greatest! He is so knowledgeable on these complicated cars. I just turn it all over to him.
