Clean facilities, prompt service. The service was fast (Less than 1 hr for oil change and 25k mile routine maintenance check), The facility and waiting area were both clean and the car was washed when given back.
Clear Bra Placed On Car For Protection I bought my new BMW 3 Series there, as well as I had a clear coating put on the hood, mirrors, and front of the car for protection against rocks and bugs.

Friendly Atmosphere Worked with 2 BMW dealers. Using Costco Auto program gave me a price point. Purchased at a closer dealer who would match Costco price. Both dealerships were welcoming and helpful.
Satisfied 100% I had a great experience at your service department. I end up at Laurel BMW due to the multiple problems I had at a different dealer with repairs. Finally I had a good explanation regarding my car issue, an explanation I could understand, and repair was done in a timely manner. Thanks a lot !!
Good service Purchased 323 series and love it. Everybody at bmw is very nice and will help you with anything. Make sure to ask all your questions and get a diagnostic of the car so you don't have to go back several times.
