Right from the start Rich Rams took control of the potential purchase, with all the information I needed to make an offer on day one. He immediately followed up with a counter offer and we agreed to a price the very next day. Customer Service at Laurel This is my third BMW purchased at Laurel. I have always been pleased with the professionalism and service. Kalon Stoakley is always very professional and helpful. Even when he has other clients he always takes the time to make sure I am satisfied with my car repairs. I would also like to commend the service dept. My brake light was more of a problem than just changing the light and they repaired it for me late on 12/1 to save me another trip of coming in to the service dept. Thanks again
Great overall experience Very pleasant from the moment I waked in. I was there with my two year old daughter so it was a little stressful but Sean was very calm took his time and we came to an agreement. They also gave my little girl a BMW Bear
Great Salesman I bought my 4th vehicle since 1986 from Laurel BMW and my 3rd from the same salesman, Darrell Phillips. The last two, I flew in from NC and drove the car home. This is due to the salesman, who has stayed in touch with me, 1000 miles away. I trust him and that means something especially in the auto industry.
Great car buying experience I recently purchased a new x4 and had a great experience at bmw of westmont. First of all Lily was great, she had an answer to every question I had and went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied. Overall great customer service and a very smooth car buying experience.
