Great! This is the third BMW that I purchased from Laurel BMW. Wasn't sure if I was going to get another BMW, but after visiting other car dealerships, decided that this one treats their potential clients way better. The service here has always been outstanding. Awesome buying experience! Great staff! If you are looking to buy or lease a new BMW, I would highly recommend Laurel BMW. Great service. Knowledgeble, friendly people A friend referred me to Laurel Motors when my vintage 1999 323is was in need of repair. I arrived and was promptly directed to my adviser. I explained the issues with my car, he said they'd be glad to look at it and graciously set me up with a loaner. He kept me currant about the work as it was being done on my car and notified me as soon as it was ready to be picked up. I'd refer my adviser and this dealership to any and all of my friends interested in a BMW.

Very accommodating and helpful Great experience buying a CPO 750. I had to travel out of OHare and they were willing to take a deposit and hold the car for a period of time until I returned. Chris Cole was very helpful to me throughout the entire buying process. Knowledgeable. Understood my perspective. Overall, a pleasant experience.
