Great Experience I purchased my first BMW from a different dealer 3 years ago. My salesmen had moved to Laurel BMW and so when I was in the market for a new car I gave him an opportunity to win my business. I'm VERY happy I did. My entire experience working with him and Laurel was very straight forward and honest without all the haggling and fears that you're being taken advantage of and ripped off.

Great Service My experience at BMW service department was great the receptionist was very curiosity however the service I received from Joe was fantastic he was very professional and knowledgeable and put me an ease while he asked question in reference to my 5 series BMW, He helped me decided on the type of service that my BMW needed in order for it to operate to the maximum performance.
Good deal, Good service Very good experience, went to a few others in the area and Westmont shined amongst them all. Courteous, friendly, and not seemingly afraid to come up to talk to us as we experienced at other BMW dealerships definitely would recommend them to someone in the market. Definitely worth the drive over from Indiana.
Car buying couldn't get any easier and better. The employees at Laurel BMW I worked with were very courteous, helpful and not at all pushy... right from the Sales advisor (CJ Levi), Sales Manager (Mike Adler) to the Finance Manager (Jason Baker). Had a great car buying experience and would certainly recommend Laurel BMW, can't say the same about the couple other BMW dealers (Patrick BMW was the worst esp. one of the sales Manager - Rick ...something) I worked with.
Always great service Lindsay was great. Efficient knowledgeable and was able to get me a loaner car when I did not reserve one.
Great Experience! We went back to this particular dealership (Laurel BMW of Westmont) because we previously had a good experience -- and again, it was another good experience as well. Rich Rams was very knowledgeable, professional and kind and he ended up finding the perfect car for me.
