Extremely satisfied. They are a great dealership. I recently drove from Ohio to purchase a certified BMW 550i Xdrive. I worked with Chris Cole over a 3 day period working out the deal. He was very professional and helpful. Not high pressured at all. Once we arrived at dealership, it took a short time to finalize, take test drive, get a few minor touch ups, paperwork, complete explanation of car and back in road. Awesome Experience with John Blaschek! My wife and I dealt with John at Laurel BMW and the experience was great right from the beginning. I really didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and John did a great job working on the deal with me and accommodating to my religious requirements in terms of financing the vehicle. I would definitely recommend and encourage people to go meet John if your looking for a new BMW.
Quality Used Vehicles The used vehicles sold at Laurel BMW are great quality. I had looked at several vehicles at other dealerships and none were in as good of condition as the one I purchased from Laurel BMW. My vehicle is like brand new inside and out. The only complaint is their financing. If you can get financing elsewhere, be sure to get it before going to Laurel BMW. Great dealer, great cars I just got my 4th BMW from Laurel. It is a 2014 328i Sedan which I had ordered with very specific options and colors. Delivery was on time and the entire experience from my salesman to the Service department has always been excellent. This a a top notch dealer.
