Excellent Service Happened upon one of their used cars by chance; turned out to be the one! My salesperson, Barry, was top-notch and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not pushy, allowed me to inspect the car at my own pace, and let me take it down the street to my mechanic for a quick look-see. Even had car washed and filled the gas tank when I was finishing contract with the Finance dept. If every experience with this dealership is like this, I'll be back in a few years to get my next car! Excellent Dealership I recently purchased an X5 at Laurel BMW Westmont. Timothy was the sales person we work with and he was very knowledgable, easy to talk to and friendly. All through the process he was responding to emails or any question we had promptly. He accommodated our schedule as we managed work and children. Great Experience! I just purchased a CPO 2011 328xi and it was a painless experience. I worked with Chris who was a knowledgeable, professional, no pressure salesman who made the buying experience easy. I would recommend Chris and this dealer to anyone who is in the market for an auto.
amazing dealer Had a great time at the dealer, the dealer didn't try to sell me the car, they allowed me to fall in love with it. The car runs smooth and they are very willing to help me walk out the door with the car and plus gave me a good trade in value!

Purchased my 2011 BMW 328i this week! I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my life from Navigators to Corvettes. This was BY FAR one of the most positive experiences I have had. Start to finish was handled perfectly. I would highly, highly recommend anyone even remotely considering a BMW to first visit Laurel BMW in Westmont!

BMW purchase from out of town I bought a used BMW from out of town. I flew into Chicago, met with Luke, my sales rep, did the paperwork and was done within 2 hours. Then enjoyed a nice drive back to Minnesota. Love the car!
