Amazing Experience It took about 5 months as 6 trips in to the dealership for me to decide on the right vehicle and the right dealership. Top Notch Service I've purchased (2) cars at Laurel in a span of 4 months - one new & one Certified Pre-Owned - and both times I have been treated well and fairly. The most important thing to me in almost any buying experience is to be treated as a valued customer, not just another schmo wasting someone's time.
Excellent dealer service I have 2 BMWs that I have serviced at Laurel BMW in Westmont and they have always been incredibly helpful and done everything they could to make me feel welcome. Repairs are always completed in a timely manner and the car is clean when it is picked up.

Purchase of 2014 BMW 328xi GT Have not bought a beamer since our Z4 in 2004. Have been long time porsche/acura/lexus/toyota customers ever since.
