They were very easy to work with and settle on a price for my trade in. I did most of the discussion at home then drove down from Portland to finalize the deal.

I knew the asking price was too much and I had a price I wanted to pay but ended up caving. The exact car was for sale with 5000 fewer miles at Salem VW for what I wanted to pay. I know I paid too much and it’s disappointing but I blame myself for not walking away. I appreciated the tiny bit of compromise but it wasn’t enough.
