"Great Service" I’m impressed with Ashley knowledge and with BMW by putting a smart woman in your service area. Ashley not only gives great service. She is more knowledgeable than some of the men in the parts department.

"Friendly and easy going " We had a great experience. All of the staff that we encountered (sales, finance, services & parts) were professional, friendly, and service oriented. They were happy to answer all my questions about buying, driving, and maintaining an electric car. I was so relaxed, I suppose I forgot to do the normal due diligence for buying a used car. But in retrospect, I don’t mind at all. We got a wonderful certified preowned vehicle with a great warranty.
"Service" Friendly staff. Very clean showroom. Attention to detail. From the call to schedule the appointment, to checking in, etc., the entire process was painless and efficient.
"Good Service on Recall" The staff was very polite and effective when I needed to have the recall work done on a 328. The work was done within the time specified and a loaner was provided.
"Excellent Service!" I dealt with Al in looking at a particular car I was interested in buying. He could not have been more responsive in answering my questions fully and candidly, and he got back to me immediately with information I had requested and he had to obtain. Friendly, professional and extremely helpful...you couldn't ask for better service
"Full service check up" Full service check up, everyone is great! The service is awesome, just shy of the red carpet pulled out. They also make sure that you are well informed on all work that is done.
