I wish to commend BMW of Eugene for their friendliness and excellent service. I recently had a part replaced by them and found they were almost $100 less that Kuni and Delon. Cameron in the parts department was helpful in getting an accessory for me and mailing it right to my home. Susan was the initial contact I had on the phone. She was friendly and courteous. I have been dealing with this dealer for the past three years and while their service has been suspect at times they have been improving. My most recent visit with my M Coupe has been the most pleasant - they had yet another service manager, but he was nice and listened well. They did all the work in the time they said they would and they communicated the progess as I asked. Went out of their way to be friendly and to get my needs met successfully
After I requested information about a used truck that had been on the lot for a long time, and after the price had been reduced multiple times, I pointed out to a salesman named Douglas Daskalos that their ad's described it both as a "V8" and "V6", and asked for a history report. I received an arrogant reply referring me back to their ad's (which had been changed to describe it as a "V8"), with no reference to, or mention of, the inconsistency I had brought to his attention - and no history report. The service department of BMW of Eugene did an outstanding job on my last service. They went above and beyond in making the service an enjoyable experience and the pricing was more than fair.
