I was there for my free - with auto purchase - oil change from another Hendrick store... well, there was a little confusion about my service. It was handled professionally and with respect & courtesy. Bruce in Parts/Service was extremely helpful and informative as well as professional and funny . 😊
I went in to get my car worked on Monday and walked out with a 2019 Countryman S all because Sean Pires made it easy and make sense. I didn’t feel taken advantage of and felt like he only had my best interest at heart. I will not get my car serviced anywhere else! They are always a pleasure to work with!!
