Automobile purchased from Hendrick with ease and without complications. Returned for help and advice but without an appointment due to radio situation. Unable to get help. Was left Sitting for an hour in the car waiting for help. Returned with an appointment on Tuesday 6/11 for service. Advisor was Luca. Advisor explained all completed tasks and advised how best to handle the Foot Feature to Open the Tailgate problem. Hendrick is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Akher showed us the car we wanted to look at and after making the deal, took care of everything including new out of state tags. The BMW car we bought is great and we'll be Hendrick customers for life.

Great experience buying a 2019 430i. DeShaun was an incredible salesman. Very knowledgeable and treated me like a real human being...not just another sale. He got me very close to the deal i wanted with some incredible rebates. Worked with Jim in financing. He got me the best interest rate and some great deals on Tire Care and Scratch/dent packages. Made the whole process extremely easy.
